1.Our commitment
Parentif respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2.Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on parentif.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (e.g., the exact URL).
- Your contact information — name, address, phone, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3.Designated DMCA agent
We will review valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material in question. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
4.Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your contact information; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
5.Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate accounts and access for users who are repeat infringers.
6.Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages. Please file notices in good faith.
7.Changes & contact
We may update this policy at any time. For copyright matters, contact dmca@parentif.com; for anything else, use our contact page.
